The sisters of mercy of the Holy Cross imbued with the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi and inspired by our founder's charism of "Compassionate love to all", value the apostolate of education as a founders maxim: "The need of the time is the will of God". We consider the apostolate of forming fully alive women and men, who will work for others and contribute to the building up of a just and fraternal society, to be the need of the time in India today.

Our educational institutions aim at assisting young people to develop into women and men, intellectually competent, practically skilled, morally sound, psychologically whole, animated by the Divine spirit of love and freedom committed to living and working for peace, justice and oneness.
